WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you have purchased a subscription plan it is guaranteed that it will arrive on the fifth of every month. If it is a one time purchase your order will arrive within 1 week.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVE MY ORDER?

With proof of tracking, if you don’t receive your order we will give you a full refund including tax and shipping fees.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we do not ship internationally, we are strictly shipping to the US for now!

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER INSTEAD OF RETURNING IT?

With Sensory_2 you will be able to exchange your order rather than returning it, there is a no return policy.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON ANY OF YOUR ITEMS?

Yes, we charge New York’s state tax on all of our items.

DO YOU OFFER A FREE TRIAL?

Sorry, unfortunately we do not offer a free trial.
